3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information

• Have legal rights to all content supplied

• Ensure products/services advertised comply with Sri Lankan law

We are not responsible for illegal or misleading client content.

4. Payments

• Advance payment is required before project commencement

• Monthly retainers must be paid in advance

• Late payments may result in service suspension

• Paid advertising budgets are separate from service fees

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Advertising Platforms

We are not liable for:

• Ad account bans or restrictions

• Ad disapprovals

• Algorithm changes

• Performance fluctuations

All advertising platforms (Meta, Google) operate under their own policies.

6. Intellectual Property

Creative work remains the property of Adflix until full payment is made.
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are transferred to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under Sri Lankan law, Adflix shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses

• Loss of revenue or profit

• Business interruption

• Data loss

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice.
Outstanding payments must be settled before transfer of assets.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
